The Friends Club Committee is established PDF Print
The Club will help citizens from Jávea and its surrounding region to join in with the international activities organised by the Foundation.

directiva_amigos.jpgThe Foundational Friends Club Committee from the Jávea Neighbourhood Forum Friend’s club has recently been established with prominent members of Jávea´s civil society taking part. The Jávea Neighbourhood Forum Friend’s club aims to get civil society–from Jávea, its surrounding region or anywhere else- actively involved in all the national and international events organised by the Jávea Neighbourhood Forum Foundation. Its main role is to open up the foundation to all those who are interested in helping out, whether it be directly or indirectly, with all possible aspects: financial, activities, publicising them, giving advice…etc., and also set up sectorial debate forums organised by the Foundation for members of the Club.

Furthermore the Friends Club will also organise meetings, social gatherings, publications and cultural events concerning the foundation’s main principles, which are, political, economic and cultural dialogue – this is especially aimed at the youngest professional sectors-, from countries along the shores of the Mediterranean and the Middle East. Recent activities organised by the Jávea Forum have included the Salma Kadiri conference, she is the head of finance from the Moroccan Al Alamana micro-credit association – which proved to be an exceptional place to meet and talk in the Mediterranean.

The chairman is Juan Cardona Bisquert, who has accepted and confirmed his position, the vice-chairwoman, Josefa E. Torres Chorro, the Secretary, Mª Asunción Fornés Español, the Treasurer, Jaime Ortuño Devesa and the Members, Ana Mª Ribes Bas, Francisca Cholbi Buigues, Alejandro Llobell Dalmau, Pepa Gisbert Villaplana have also been appointed to the committee.
